• Personalized, customize sized, or Holiday items are not returnable.There are no returns with no exceptions on ALL 4 LEGGED JOGGERS********

• NO REFUNDS!!!  Only Exchanges are made & only due to defective or incorrect sizes & must get the exact same item for replacement.

• No shipping charges or restocking fee due to defective items.

• The item must be exchanged within 14 days. Because most of our clothing is handmade there is a 25% restocking fee on our items that are hand made or 15% on everything else that we do not make plus the cost of the return shipping which will vary. All items must be in same condition as received.

  Any item that has smells of cigarette smoke or with dog hairs on them or items that have been washed will not be returnable under any circumstances..
